Description

In the Language Enrichment Club at NAIS, children immerse themselves in the joy of words through interactive reading and storytelling sessions. They'll explore diverse books, from classic tales to modern stories, practicing reading aloud, discussing themes, and building vocabulary with fun games like word hunts and synonym challenges. Guided by dedicated instructors, kids will engage in group discussions, share personal interpretations, and develop comprehension skills in a lively, supportive setting that sparks a passion for literature.

Members will also hone creative writing and communication abilities by crafting short stories, poems, and journal entries, followed by light-hearted debates, public speaking exercises, and role-playing activities. They'll learn grammar playfully, experiment with descriptive language, and present their work to peers, fostering confidence, critical thinking, and articulate expression. This enriching blend of reading, writing, and speaking not only strengthens language proficiency but also cultivates empathy, imagination, and effective communication for everyday life.
